This is amazing. Food was well prepared. We can appreciate quality of every dish. We had the best mushroom soup that came along with delicious pastry. The Passage Salad was so fresh and tasty with very fresh quality. Then we had escargot and duck legs. All very good except lamb chops that was somewhat under prepared. Overall, we can see the chef had prepared these dishes with heart and soul. Good tasty dinner. Will definitely go back.
This Northeast Philly gem has undergone a major facelift and expanded into a neighboring unit in the plaza. The restaurant is spacious but not overwhelming while being beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, quick and eager to help. The entertainment and music is varied and can appeal to all ages and music styles. Most importantly, the food is just outstanding! I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and can confidently say that the food quality has never changed. Generous portions are beautifully presented and always delicious. I just celebrated a birthday here and practically felt like royalty! My guests all had a wonderful evening and called to compliment the next day. Oksana is the sweetest woman and always takes great care of her guests. Passage gets a 10 out of 10 and my guests and I will definitely be back!
We got takeout, and this food is so good!! Lots of dill and butter. The chicken cutlet, chicken Shish kabob, potato with mushrooms (a whole giant box of it!), and tuna tartare (like poke with capers!) were all delicious. The delivery was on time and everything was very hot! A very good experience.
My favorite salad that I always crave is from here, it's Lordon Salad ( I might be spelling it wrong). Also love their fish dish - bass with shrimp, and beef medallion are also my personal fave. Overall I love this place and always recommend it. I had my Babyshower here by the way
A work friend recommended this place so a group of us got together and chowed down at Passage Restaurant. My friend/coworker called ahead because she frequents this restaurant often and knows the manager/chef very well. Put in a great order for us so we could get started on inhaling our food right away before worrying about ordering more. Some items we started off with before ordering our individual entrees: -Passage salad -Avocado shrimp salad -A few types of potato pancakes with different toppings -Other delicious buttery, fried crepe-like things with sour cream and other sauces (no online menu so I am at a lost for correct names) -Borsht soup - best I have ever had!!! (no offense to my coworker who has made me some before) For my entree I went with the typical Chicken Kiev because my dining partners said they had some of the best Chicken Kiev. I was not disappointed with this dish. The chicken is basically fried and wrapped in butter! Yummy! The dish was very plentiful with delicious roasted eggplant and peppers. I was so full by the time that I got my entree that my husband was able to enjoy some leftovers when I got home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy some food out of the normal comforts of Italian and Asian cuisine. There is plenty of parking in a private lot but can be a drive if coming from Delaware and Montgomery counties. And the food is very HEAVY; lots of oil and butter so if you are looking for an overly healthy/light meal this may not be the place for you.
Absolutely amazing! My fiance and I came here for Brunch and from the very first bite I was BLOWN AWAY. We had the Borch and it was sooo good! I then got the Beef Stragonof (HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU LIKE BEEF AND MUSHROOMS) And I had a FOODGASM for a good 5 Minutes. I knew this place was good but OMG it really exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you guys for the amazing meal!

Great Ukrainian cuisine in this small BYOB restaurant. The borscht was great. Stroganoff was on the point. Potato pancakes were really good though probably not the healthiest thing in the world, though that's no fault of the restaurant. Highly recommend.
